At OLAVIS, your satisfaction is our priority. If for any reason you're not satisfied with your purchase, we offer 30 days to return the product and receive a full refund.
Return conditions
- The product must be in its original condition, unused, and undamaged
- Original packaging must be kept intact
- The return period is 30 days from the date of receiving the package

Refund
The refund will be processed within 5-7 business days after receiving and verifying the returned product. The amount will be returned to the same payment method used at checkout.
